The article investigates different determinants of attitude influencing job satisfaction. Data were obtained by self-administered structured questionnaire with 100 sample size. The study uses reliability test, regression and Pearson’s correlation to analyze data. Results reveal significant positive relationship of job satisfaction with organizational commitment, emotion, behavior, cognition and core self-evaluation. It also reports that employees having positive organizational commitment, emotion, behavior and core self-evaluation will have increased level of job satisfaction. The author summarizes and discusses the implications of the findings for academics and managers’ practice and research
