The Interstellar Medium contains the building blocks of matter in our Galaxy and plays a vital role in the evolution of low mass star formation. The poorly studied molecular clouds of Lupus and Chamaeleon contain ongoing low mass star formation, and are in close proximity to our Solar System. While on the other hand the Carina molecular cloud, poorly observed in radio wavelength, is an active region of star formation and host some of the brightest stars known within our Galaxy. Using tracers like carbon monoxide, atomic neutral carbon, and ammonia, we are able to measure the temperature and density of the gas cloud.
