Features include behavioursm such as restrictive dieting, vimiting and compulsive exercise, that ai to address extreme oncernes about body shape and weight. Such body image concerns dominate the person’s self-view and are a core preoccupation. People with an eating disorder often have irregular eating patterns, fluctuating between severe food restriction and overeating that becomes out of control (binge eating).
