On 26 March 2011 the NSW Electoral Commission (NSWEC) conducted the 2011 NSW election. Since 2007 the NSWEC has prepared a report on its conduct of State elections, which is tabled in the Parliament. Following the tabling of the report the Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters reviews the administration of that election, as provided for by the Committee's terms of reference. Key issues and outcomes: The Committee received evidence across a broad range of issues, which are grouped in the report under the following categories: services for electors; services for candidates and parties; innovations in electoral practices; and future options for voting
