The scientific research and associated development in Palestine has gained a considerable attention in the past few years. However, the access to the research output has been severely limited due to the primitive current practice of research output management and the inabilities in publishing and access research works in PS HEIs, in addition to the financial restrictions. Therefore, providing access to volumes of national research has become a national priority in recent years. This is indispensable in order to raise the profile of research conducted in the PS HEIs and integrate it into the international knowledge pool.
