Search, Identification and Analysis of Polyomavirus Genome Sequences in Rodent Samples From Europe Polyomaviruses (PyVs) are ~ 5 kb double-stranded DNA viruses that infect mammals, birds, and fish. Recently, pathogenesis and evolution of PyVs are extensively studied.
