The article presents a comparative analysis between the financing of works in public schools, through the Plan of Articulated Actions (PAR), between 2011 and 2015, the complementary transfers from the Federal Government within the scope of the Fund for Maintenance and Development of Basic Education and Valorization of Education Professionals (Fundeb), and the evolution of the Basic Education Development Index (Ideb). It is a descriptive and exploratory research, through a bibliographical and documentary review.
