The objective of this article is to socialize changes in the bonuses that compose the public K-12 Education teacher remuneration in Santa Catarina from 1992 to 2015, with interest in the observation of the developments occurred in 2011, when the Professional Wage Floor (PSPN) was established in the state. The starting point for this analysis was Law No. 1139, of October 29, 1992, which addressed the teaching staff of the Santa Catarina, setting salaries and instituting rewards. It was in force for 23 years, and it was practically replaced by Law No. 668, dated of December 28, 2015, which consolidated the current career plan of the K-12 Education teaching career plan in Santa Catarina.
