The article analyzes data extracted from the teacher payroll of the Pará state educational system, aiming to understand the remuneration from the exam of the elements of composition, that is, remuneration and pecuniary advantages, for the period from 2006 to 2014. The items that compose the remuneration were grouped into subcategories comprising the same intention, which made possible to identify the most significant elements in its composition, as well as the maintenance, exclusions and inclusion of some bonuses and allowances.
