O patrimônio institucionalizado pela perspectiva do gesto: aproximações entre Bibliografia e Arquivologia

It addresses the question of institutionalized heritage considering the way in which preservation agents articulate and transpose, in the act of documenting, the institutional, legal and administrative determinations for the rationalization of the enunciation of equity. The agency in the process of representation of information and values of the objects of the past is what underlies the general objective of this work: the approximation between Bibliography and Archivology by the perspective of the gesture. The specific objectives are: to present the knowledge/to do of preservation agents for technical, legal, administrative and bureaucratic bias; to investigate, from processes and products, evidence of an art of knowledge/to do; and to indicate perspectives for the deepening of understandings about the potencies and potentialities of preservationist agents beyond disciplinary, scientific and bureaucratic frameworks. The proposed discussions find theoretical-conceptual support in Document Theory and Michel Foucault's reflections. This theoreticalepistemological study is developed from literature review. The results indicate two notes: the patrimonial documentation as a mediation device and the gesture as a force vector in the preservationist doing. The considerations reveal the contribution of Bibliography, especially the bibliographical gesture, for the recognition of traits and traces of preservationist knowledge/to do; and the relevance of the approximation between Bibliography and Archivology for differential approaches on the practices of representation and its unfolding in the field of heritage.Aborda a questão do patrimônio institucionalizado considerando a forma como os agentes preservacionistas articulam e transpõem, no ato de documentar, as determinações institucionais, legais e administrativas para a racionalização da enunciação patrimônio. O agenciamento no processo de representação de informações e valores dos objetos do passado é que fundamenta o objetivo geral deste trabalho: a aproximação entre a Bibliografia e a Arquivologia pela perspectiva do gesto. Os objetivos específicos são: apresentar o saber/fazer dos agentes preservacionistas pelos vieses técnico, legal, administrativo e burocrático; investigar, a partir de processos e produtos, indícios de uma arte de saber/fazer; e indicar perspectivas para o aprofundamento de entendimentos sobre as potências e as potencialidades dos agentes preservacionistas para além de enquadramentos disciplinares, científicos e burocráticos. As discussões propostas encontram respaldo teórico-conceitual na Teoria do Documento e nas reflexões de Michel Foucault. Este estudo teórico-epistemológico é desenvolvido a partir de revisão de literatura. Os resultados indicam dois apontamentos: a documentação patrimonial como dispositivo de mediações e o gesto como vetor de força no fazer preservacionista. As considerações revelam a contribuição da Bibliografia, em especial do gesto bibliográfico, para o reconhecimento de traços e traçados do saber/fazer preservacionista; e a relevância da aproximação entre a Bibliografia e a Arquivologia para abordagens diferenciais sobre as práticas de representação e seus desdobramentos no campo do patrimônio
