Discovering Slovenian cultural heritage in the second triad of elementary school in the event of Predjama castle

Cultural heritage is a rich source of information, where we all, young and old, can draw new knowledge. Pupils are introduced to Slovenian cultural heritage at an early age. And teachers can use entities of Slovenian heritage in introducing Slovenian and world history, and to show the way of living of our ancestors. In my thesis I want to present the course of learning about cultural heritage and with it learning about our ancestor's life in the second triad of elementary school. Furthermore, I want to find out how suitable is Predjama castle for achieving these goals of the curriculum. Didactic part contains preparation of two educational hours which I performed in class 4 of elementary school
