The meaning of creativity

The concept of creativity appears in many important political strategies determining further development of countries and whole regions. Therefore, in addition to a narrow conceptual deliberation, an analysis of its role in the political, economic and social context is of great importance. In the theoretical thesis I have established an extensive review of economic development of industrial capitalism, and the social and political conditions mainly from the second half of the 20th century on. The development of creativity runs parallel to political, economic and social development; and this is not a coincidence. The concept of creativity is in a dire need of a thorough redeliberation. The concept in question is also often misused; for example, many things are considered to be creative, but do not fall into this category if expert opinions are taken into account
