In the last few years the competitions have become very popular in robotics among teenagers, schools and in general around the world. So it is good to know what competitions are available in Slovenia. This graduate thesis provides an overview of robotic competitions. In greater detail it describes 13 competitions which I valuated according to 11 criterions and which are based primarily on the examination of the competitions. Four of thise competitions are best suited by already mentioned criteria, this competitions are Festival innovative technologies, RoboCupJunior Rescue A and B and LEGObum-9.
