The number of cases of violence in the workplace is increasing, so it is important to learn about it. Today many authors write about mobbing and there is a common opinion among them that workplace violence is unacceptable and should not happen. In the present work I research violence in the workplace through a variety of domestic and foreign authors and their views. Therefore, the theoretical part focuses on the manifestations of mobbing and the causes for the appearance, symptoms, consequences, the role of victim and perpetrator and action and prevention.
