Nonetheless, there is growing development in research, training, and interventions to improve the knowledge and skills of healthcare providers. To apply this in the clinical setting, researchers must demonstrate, for clinicians likely to encounter HT victims, how the knowledge and confidence levels to identify and respond to HT victims compare before and after a training session
