October 9, 1901.Dear Mr. Muir,I am packing up and sending off to you this afternoon all the photographs you sent us except those we have used for making illustrations in the book, and these we need to keep as a sort of insurance [illegible] case of injury to the plates. Mr. Winthrop S.
