High turnover of workers in the retail sector has become a crucial topic which needs to be tackled. The main objective of this study is to measure and identify the main factor (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee motivation) that leads to the turnover intention of retail company in Lahad Datu, Sabah. Quantitative research analysis was used to complete this study, and 48 questionnaires were distributed using online platform towards the respondents. The sampling method used in this study is the Snowball Sampling method and the method used to analyze the data are Descriptive Statistics, Pearson Correlation Coefficients, and Multiple Regression Analysis.
