An organization’s road to success is highly dependent on the workforce or employees. It is critical to identify sources to increase employees’ performance. This study aims to study the relationship between extrinsic rewards and employees’ performance in one of the hotels in Melaka. Employees working in one of the hotels in Melaka were chosen as the target respondents of this study. Questionnaires in the form of Google Form were used as a primary source in data collection.
