This study is a relationship study between selected retention strategies and employee turnover intention in a manufacturing company in Sungai Petani, Kedah. There are a total of 45 sets of data collected from the employees of the manufacturing company in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Quantitative research methodology is used in this research and the data were collected via questionnaire. Descriptive statistics (Demographic) will be presented in table. The data were analysed by using Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Linear Regression.
