This research aimed to investigate the relationship between dimensions of transformational leadership style and organization effectiveness in military. Transformational leadership dimensions included idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Quantitatively research and questionnaire are used as instrumentation for data collection. Pilot test was conducted among Reserve Officer Training Unit (ROTU) at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) by distributing 30 sets of questionnaire to determine the validity and reliability of questionnaire provided.
