The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of teachers from Perak public primary schools with organizational communication as moderating variable. The research design in this study was questionnaires. Then, the data were analyzed using Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) 22.0. 378 teachers from public primary schools in Perak are selected as the sample for this research.
