This study aims to explore the leadership challenges and followership issues that has been faced among employees in private sector from Malaysian perspective. Followership and leadership concepts intended to complement each other. Organization may not have leaders without followers and outstanding leader born along outstanding followers. There are research questions were structured based on the objective and researcher come out with 6 questions as the interview guide for data collection through semi-structured interview.
