The purpose of this research is to study the relationships between the types of remuneration which are base pay, bonus pay and medical benefits with employee performances. This study is conducted in the banking industry in Kuching. The research method used in this study is quantitative study with 4 point likert scale questionnaire survey with the population of 180. A total of 134 questionnaire received and used for the actual test. The hypothesis testing used in this research is Pearson Correlation Analysis to test the correlations between the variables and Multiple regression Analysis that is used to determine the most dominant relationships between the variables.
