This study explores the effect of different quality dimensions in terms of system, information, and service on the subprocesses of knowledge capture and knowledge sharing in terms of internalization, externalization, socialization, and exchange. This research in progress paper will be conducted using the purposive sample from the financial services firms in Bangladesh.
