Fragestellung Die Prognose eines akuten Hirninfarktes bei Verschluss einer proximalen Hirnarterie ist trotz der intravenösen Thrombolyse mit rtPA ungünstig. Kann die kombinierte pharmaco-mechanische Rekanalisation von proximalen Gefäßverschlüssen bei akutem Hirninfarkt zu einer Verbesserung des klinischen Ergebnisses führen?
