Diese Arbeit zeigt die Anwendung des Laserdetachmentverfahrens zur ortsaufgelösten Messung negativer Wasserstoff-/Deuteriumionen an einer leistungsstarken HF-angeregten Niederdruck-Ionenquelle. Das Laserdetachmentverfahren basiert auf der Messung von Elektronenströmen auf eine positiv vorgespannte Langmuirsonde vor und während/nach einem Laserpuls. Aus dem Stromverhältnis kann das Verhältnis der Dichte negativer Ionen zur Elektronendichte bestimmt werden. Wird zudem die Elektronendichte mit dem Standardverfahren der Langmuirsonde ermittelt, so erhält man die absolute Dichte negativer Ionen.
