Wir untersuchten die Konzentrationen an Adenosinrezeptoren und Glutamatrezeptoren bei Mäusen mit molekularen Defekten des Serotoninsystems. Dies betraf einerseits den Mangel an Serotonintransportern und andererseits den Mangel an Monoaminoxidase A (MAOA). Dabei verglichen wir Mäuse mit einem einzelnen Knockout des entsprechenden Gens mit Doppelknockout-Tieren, denen beide Gene fehlten.
