O PIBID de Ensino Religioso como política pública de combate à intolerância religiosa

This research intends to identify the PIBID project boundaries within the school space with regard to the combat and the minimization of religious intolerance. The hypothesis considered is that the school reflects the society and so fatally would be reproducing discrimination and prejudice as regards religions that are not legitimized in the public sphere. To confirm the initial hypothesis we chose the methodology of case study, where each situation can be dismembered and analyzed thoroughly, considering historical, social, economic and religious training aspects, in other words, objective and subjective aspects that compose and determine how individuals act to each other. From the intersections of these informations, we sought to understand, through the concepts of rejection (Max Weber) and religion (Talal Asad), to understand behaviors and notions expressed in looks, speeches, gestures and teaching practices that denounced in a manner sometimes silent, sometimes declared, the reason of some discriminatory and intolerant attitudes. This way, we can say that the PIBID while public policy has fulfilled its role of the public debate moderator agent inside the school when provides opportunities for undergraduates and for students and teachers, as well as all employees of the school-field, experiences that approached religion of school. The approach is understood as non-proselytizing, but pro-phenomenological because this exercise allows us to see religion as a historical-cultural phenomenon contributing to the maintenance of the secularity of the State. Thus, this research is the idea that the religious-themed treatment at school contributes to the construction of an education for relations of equity in the context of religious diversity.Esta pesquisa intenciona identificar os limites do projeto PIBID dentro do espaço escolar no que diz respeito ao combate e a minimização da intolerância religiosa. A hipótese considerada é de que a escola reflete a sociedade e que por isso fatalmente estaria reproduzindo discriminação e preconceito ao que se refere às religiões não legitimadas no espaço público. Para confirmar a hipótese inicial fez-se a opção pela metodologia do Estudo de casos onde cada situação pôde ser desmembrada e analisada minuciosamente levando em conta aspectos historiográficos, sociais, econômicos e de formação religiosa, ou seja, aspectos objetivos e subjetivos que compõem e determinam a forma como os indivíduos agem uns com os outros. A partir dos cruzamentos dessas informações buscou-se através dos conceitos de rejeição (Max Weber) e religião (Talal Asad) compreender condutas e noções expressas em olhares, falas, gestos e práticas docentes que denunciavam de maneira ora silenciosa, ora declarada, a razão de certas atitudes discriminatórias e intolerantes. Desta forma, pode-se dizer que o PIBID enquanto política pública tem cumprido o seu papel de agente moderador do debate público dentro da escola ao oportunizar tanto para licenciandos quanto para alunos e professores, bem como todos os funcionários da escola-campo, vivências diversas que aproximaram a religião da escola. Tal aproximação entendida de maneira não proselitista mas pró-fenomenológica porque permite enxergar a religião enquanto fenômeno histórico-cultural contribuindo para a manutenção do estado laico. Assim, esta pesquisa orienta-se pela ideia de que o tratamento da temática religiosa no espaço escolar contribui na construção de uma educação para as relações de equidade em contexto de diversidade religiosa
