Gestão da informação no setor de gestão de pessoas da Superintendência Regional de Ensino de São João Del-Rei: um desafio para a melhoria do atendimento ao público

This dissertation is developed in the framework of the Professional Master in Management and Evaluation of Education (PPGP) of the Centre of Public Policies and Evaluation of Education of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (CAEd/UFJF). The management case to be studied will discuss the flow of information in the sector of personnel Management of the Regional Superintendence of Education of São João del Rei. The overall goal of this work is to analyze the main problems related to the flow of information in the Sector of personnel Management of the Regional Superintendence of Education. The overall goal of this work is to analyze the main problems related to the flow of information in the Sector of personnel Management of the Regional Superintendence of Education of São João del Rei in order to propose actions that would improve the service provided to the public that the search. We assume as a hypothesis that among the main factors that hinder the flow of information in the said sector are: lack of training and continuous training of its servers; the lack of accurate information about the services provided; and also the lack of transparency, and agility of these services. For both, the methodology adopted for this work was the case study, characterized by a field research exploratory, descriptive and qualitative. As instruments were used such as interviews, semi-structured and document analysis. From the studies conducted it has been proposed a Plan of Educational Action marked by the restructuring of the sector, by the remodeling of its customer service and developing a flow of information more dynamic and transparent.A presente dissertação foi desenvolvida no âmbito do Mestrado Profissional em Gestão e Avaliação da Educação (PPGP) do Centro de Políticas Públicas e Avaliação da Educação da Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (CAEd/UFJF). O caso de gestão a ser estudado irá discutir o fluxo de informação no setor de Gestão de Pessoas da Superintendência Regional de Ensino de São João del Rei. O objetivo geral deste trabalho é analisar os principais problemas relativos ao fluxo de informações no Setor de Gestão de Pessoas da Superintendência Regional de Ensino de São João del Rei, a fim de propor ações que possam melhorar o atendimento prestado ao público que o procura. Assumimos como hipótese que entre os principais fatores que prejudicam o fluxo de informações no referido setor estejam: a falta de formação e capacitação continuada de seus servidores, bem como a carência de informações precisas sobre os serviços prestados; e também a falta de transparência e agilidade desses serviços. Para tanto, a metodologia adotada para esse trabalho foi o estudo de caso, caracterizado pela pesquisa de campo exploratória, descritiva e de caráter qualitativo. Como instrumentos foram utilizados recursos como entrevistas semi estruturadas e análise documental. A partir dos estudos realizados foi proposto um Plano de Ação Educacional marcado pela reestruturação do setor, pelo remodelamento de seu atendimento e elaboração de um fluxo de informação mais dinâmico e transparente
