The wind farms layou optimization problem consists in determinate their optimum configuration considering the maximization of total power extracted and minimization of costs related to the project. The present work proposes to evaluate the effect of winds, through different scenarios associated with different and their probabilities, in the layout optimization problem. Intending to this objective, were used different optimization techniques, such as Bat Algorithm (BA), Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) and Sine Cosine Algorithm (SCA), in order to identify the most efficient technique.
