This research intends to investigate how the flesh may be a revelation and how revelation becomes realized as flesh in Henry’s phenomenological proposal. There exists a relation between the phenomenology of the flesh and Christian incarnation. The flesh is not only the beginning of the constitution of the objective body, there is also an invisible substance in it. The Christian view of incarnation differs from the Greek and Jewish understanding. The incarnation of the word signifies its coming in living flesh, flesh which has its reality and living properties.
