O assistente social e a condição de trabalhador assalariado no setor público estatal: traços do perfil do mercado de trabalho em Minas Gerais

This research has the proposal to analyze some features of the labor market profile of social workers, focusing on the region covered by the Regional Council of Social Service of Minas Gerais - CRESS 6th Region, covering the areas of its headquarter, located in Belo Horizonte and Sectional of Montes Claros. The bias of the research has as investigation content the public procurement notices and simplified selection processes to forecast vacancies for social workers, cataloged by this Council in the years 2007 to 2014. Starting from the understanding that the changes occurring in the business world and within the capitalist state, directly affect the social workers in their relationships and working conditions and their professional space. This research seeks to characterize the precarious expansion’s process of the social worker labor market, mainly determined by the municipalization of health and social care and the growth of academic and professional training of social work. Then after, we will indicate the conditions which accomplish the insertion of the social worker in the labor market in Minas Gerais, specifically in the state public sphere.Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar alguns traços do perfil do mercado de trabalho dos assistentes sociais, tendo como foco a região de abrangência do Conselho Regional de Serviço Social de Minas Gerais – CRESS 6ª Região, compreendendo as áreas da Sede, situada em Belo Horizonte e da Seccional Montes Claros. O viés da pesquisa tem como feixe de investigação os editais de concursos públicos e processos seletivos simplificados com previsão de vagas para assistente social, catalogados pelo referido Conselho entre os anos de 2007 a 2014. Partimos da compreensão de que as transformações ocorridas no mundo do trabalho e no âmbito do Estado capitalista, afetam diretamente os assistentes sociais nas suas relações e condições de trabalho e no seu espaço profissional. Busca-se caracterizar o processo de expansão precarizada do mercado de trabalho do assistente social, determinado principalmente pela municipalização da saúde e da assistência social e pelo crescimento da formação acadêmico-profissional de Serviço Social. Posteriormente, iremos indicar as condições nas quais se realiza a inserção do assistente social no mercado de trabalho, especificamente na esfera pública estatal
