Um estudo de caso sobre a violência escolar em uma escola da coordenadoria distrital de educação 7

This study investigates the case of a state school of the Amazon regarding to the initiative of the Coordenadoria Distrital de Educação 7 (CDE7), an agency of the SEDUC-AM in the implementation of interventions at the studied school to reduce the levels of violence. The research sought to understand whether this practice reached expected results and if it modified the school routine especially when it comes to improving the school climate and educational outcomes. This dissertation aims to understand, if indeed, the intervention of CDE7 at school, actually had the impact in reducing the levels of violence contributing to the improvement in the school climate. The field research conducted, of qualitative nature, used as methodology the bibliographical research, school documents analysis as the Livro de Ocorrencia as well as the application of semi-structured interviews, seeking the perceptions of agents involved regarding the practices of violence occurring in everyday school life. The data were analyzed in the light mainly of authors like Abramovay e Rua (2002), Elias (2011), Bourdieu (2001) among others, and the study reached some conclusions, which led us to propose a targeted Plano de Ação Educacional to allow effective change in school daily life and in their relationships so that the school reduce the violence it presents. We seek, thereby provide a study focused on the case of a statual school which had high levels of violence.O presente estudo investiga a implementação de ações de intervenção de uma escola estadual do Amazonas, a fim de diminuir os índices de violência existentes, tendo como ponto de partida uma iniciativa da Coordenadoria Distrital de Educação 7 (CDE7), órgão vinculado à Secretaria de Educação e Qualidade do Ensino do estado do Amazonas (SEDUC/ AM). Esta dissertação buscou compreender se a intervenção atingiu resultados esperados e se ela modificou a rotina da escola, principalmente, no que tange à melhoria do clima escolar e dos resultados educacionais. O estudo, de caráter qualitativo, utilizou-se da pesquisa bibliográfica, da análise de documentos da escola, tal como o Livro de Ocorrência e, também, da aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas, buscando as percepções dos atores envolvidos quanto às práticas de violência no cotidiano escolar. Os dados encontrados foram analisados à luz, principalmente, de autores como Abramovay e Rua (2002), Elias (2011), Bourdieu (2001). A análise realizada neste trabalho provocou algumas conclusões, o que possibilitou à proposição de um Plano de Ação Educacional voltado para a mudança no cotidiano da escola e em suas relações, a fim de que a unidade escolar diminua os índices de violência nela apresentados. Buscamos, com isso, construir um arcabouço reflexivo entorno de uma escola estadual que apresentava alto índice de violência, visando atenuar essa realidade escolar
