The study aims to investigate the effects of five minutes exercise of Qigong towards the level of depression, anxiety and stress among form four students. A total of 180 form four students in Kota Setar district secondary schools were tested using Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS) instrument during pre and post test for eight weeks. The data from this quasi experiment were analysed using the Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) and Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA) to see the relationship between Qigong exercises and depression, anxiety and stress for control and treatment group.
