The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and image of the company on the customer decision process using Musyarakah financing products at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. This type of research is quantitative. The data source of this study is the primary data derived from the sample, namely the customers of Bank Panin Dubai Syariah in the Jakarta area. Data collection was done using purposive sampling by spreading to 100 respondents. This study uses the analysis method of Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that 1).
