Analisis pengaruh tingkat inflasi, pendapatan usaha pegadaian, dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap pemberian kredit gadai syariah (rahn) pada pegadaian syariah di Indonesia (Periode 2012-2016)

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of inflation rate, income, and money supply (JUB) on the provision of mortgage loan of Syariah (rahn). This research uses samples at Pegadaian Syariah in Indonesia. The data used in this study is the Time Series data for 5 years of research from 2012 until 2016 which published Sharia pawnshop in Indonesia. The method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with multiple linear regression technique using computer program Eviews version 7.0 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The result of this research indicates that the partial variable of inflation have no effect the giving of mortgage of sharia (rahn) with value probability 0.4011, variable earnings pawnshops have a positive effect on the provision of mortgage credit sharia (rahn) with probability value 0,0000. And JUB variable has no effect on the provision of mortgage credit of sharia (rahn) with probability value 0,3291. And the relation between independent variable to dependent variable equal to 0,877 or 87,7% which mean that the rest equal to 12,3% influenced by other variables that do not exist in regression model of this research
