Based on the improved TOPSIS model, water resources carrying capacity research is carried out. On the basis of constructing a water resources evaluation index system, the weights are introduced from the traditionally constructed index matrix into the Euclidean distance of the TOPSIS model through subjective and objective weighting. When the ideal solution distance is the same, the larger weighted index corresponds to the greater water resources carrying capacity.
