Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Islamic Work Etics (IWE) terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh Islamic Work Etics (IWE) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan menganalisis pengaruh Islamic Work Etics (IWE) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 orang, sedangkan responden berjumlah 105 orang di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jepara. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.
