Penerapan konseling behavioristik dengan teknik self Management untuk mengatasi kebiasaan membolos Siswa smk wisudha karya kudus

The purpose of this research is to overcome of student’s behavior who ofteb do play-truant in SMK Wisuda Karya on the students of class eleven TKR in lesson 2015/2016.Desacribing counseling service of behavioristik with self management technique to overcome students who often do play-truant Permit of course , we do not permit play-truant that behavior included in imitate behavior so , that behavior have to overcome with seriusly while behavior counseling with self management technique is technique to help students to change their habit self in use self management strategy to overcome of play-truant habit, clien try to guide hir behavior with method to modify aspect of circles so with this strategy client can reach for change that he want and this strategy can expand ability in manage their self to . the kind of research that usedis research of special study this research will bedo in eleven class of TKR SMK Wisuda karya kudus with research subject in 3 student they are MFF, NYH dan AM whom have they are play-truant habit. The bond of research who used is special study with colect interview data technique obsevacion and documentation this research trought five steps, they are , case identification, diagnosis, giving treatment, eveluation and follow up, analysis data that used is always qualitative data And after doing the treatment 3 times through Behaviouristic approach with Self Management Technique in some steps: Assessment, goal setting, implementation technique and evaluation. And after the treatment, MFF, NYH dan AM are getting better, as I can see that they are can understand the material and attending the class well. As the result and the analysis, the conclussion is that the Behaviouristic Counseling with the Self Management technique, the researcher suggests to the students to manage themself
