Employee engagement is vital to the success of organizations. Employee disengagement continues to contribute to organizational failure. The purpose of this phenomenological study was to identify and report millennials’ different perspectives of employee engagement by exploring the research question. The central research question dealt with the lived experiences of millennials about employee engagement in the United States. The study sample consisted of 25 participants with at least 3 years of working experience in the United States.
