This study researched the influence of transformational and servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and follower innovation, while considering the mediating effect of open communication and the moderating effect of a leader’s rank. This study gathered data from a leader’s perspective using a self-reporting approach to fill the current literature gap and produce refined measurement scales for future research. The study gathered 208 usable responses, analyzed using Warp PLS, which produced several key results.
