Eunpasango(恩坡散稿) is an anthology of manuscript copies of the works of Sim Nak-su(沈樂洙, 1739~1799). It is held by the Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies and the C.V. Starr East Asian Library of UC Berkeley. Thus far, Sim Nak-su has been known more as a politician than as a man of letters. This study explores the reasons why Sim Nak-sus literary works deserve academic attention by attempting to conduct a comprehensive bibliographic analysis of Eunpasango. This study adopted two methodological approaches. First, it took a positivist approach relying on primary sources.
