대학 운동선수의 그릿(Grit), 절실함과 인지된 경기력의 관계

학위논문(석사)--서울대학교 대학원 :사범대학 체육교육과,2020. 2. 권성호.The purpose of this study was to examine the psychological readiness and overall psychological status of university athletes for their peak performance, and to examine how university athletes perceive grit and julsil, and to verify how they relate to perceived performance. Through this, it was intended to provide basic data to contribute to improving their peak performance. Open questions and semi-structured interview with 12 university athletes registered as athletes at the KOC affiliated organizations across the country were conducted, and a survey of 358 university athletes registered as athletes at the KOC's affiliated organizations was conducted. The data obtained through open questions and semi-structured interview were analyzed through the steps of transcription, coding, categorization and systematization, and giving meaning. The data collected through the questionnaire were analyzed using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, depending on the purpose of the data analysis using the SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Based on the above research methods and data analysis results, the conclusions from this study are as follows: Through study 1, a comparison of the concept of grit and julsil perceived by university athletes showed that grit was perceived as a strange but good concept, a concept that is more abstract and applicable to other areas, and that julsil was recognized as a basic quality of an athlete and a feeling that it should be this. After comparing the two concepts in relation to one's own performance, Grit was perceived as a concept which has positive connection with one's own performance. On the other hand, julsil was perceived as having a huge influence on one's own performance. However, there was a perception that too high level of julsil may cause anxiety and nervousness, which may negatively affect performance. Of the two concepts, "Grit" and "Julsil", it was revealed that julsil is more important when it comes to their performance. Through study 2, based on the results of examining the relationship between grit, julsil and perceived performance of university athletes, the conclusions are as follows. First, grit has shown to correlate positively with julsil and perceived performance. Second, the difference between grit, julsil and perceived performance was analyzed according to the background variables of university athletes (grade, athletic experience, prize-winning, and starting positions). By grade, 4th graders perceived higher grit, julsil, and perceived performance than first graders. In terms of athletic experience, the more experienced group had higher julsil and perceived performance. It has been shown that the more experienced the prize, the higher the level of julsil. Compared to the group of substitutes, the main and rotation groups showed high levels of grit, julsil and perceived performance. Third, looking at the effects of college athletes' grit and julsil on perceived performance, the higher the grit and julsil, the higher the perceived performance. Fourth, among college athletes' grit and julsil, the more influential variable in perceived performance was shown to be julsil. When we looked at this by sub-factor, we found that the sub-factor of julsil had a greater impact on perceived performance compared to the lower component of the grit. This is the same result as the athletes' perception in the in-depth interview conducted in Study 1. In researching the peak performance in Korean athletes, it is necessary to pay attention to the concept of julsil.본 연구에서는 대학 운동선수의 최상수행과 관련하여 최상수행을 위한 심리적 준비상태, 총체적 심리상태를 살펴보기 위해 대학 운동선수들이 그릿과 절실함에 대해서 어떻게 인식하는지를 살펴보고, 대학 운동선수의 그릿, 절실함이 인지된 경기력과 어떠한 관계를 갖는지를 검증하여 최상수행을 향상시키는데 기여하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 전국의 대한체육회 산하기관에 선수로 등록된 대학 운동선수 12명을 대상으로 개방형 질문 및 반구조화 면담을 실시하였으며, 대한체육회 산하기관에 선수로 등록된 대학 운동선수 358명을 대상으로 설문 연구를 진행하였다. 개방형 질문 및 반구조화 면담을 통해 얻어진 자료는 전사, 코딩, 범주화 및 체계화, 주제별 의미부여 과정을 통해 분석을 실시하였다. 설문을 통해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 자료 분석 목적에 따라, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 자료분석 결과를 토대로 하여 본 연구에서 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 연구 1을 통해 대학 운동선수가 인식하는 그릿과 절실함에 대한 개념을 비교한 결과 그릿은 생소하지만 좋은 개념, 다소 추상적이고 다른 분야에도 적용 가능한 개념으로 인식하고 있었으며 절실함은 운동선수의 기본자질, 이거 아니면 안 된다는 느낌으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본인의 경기력과 관련해서 두 가지 개념을 비교해서 살펴본 결과, 그릿은 자신의 경기력과 긍정적인 관련이 있는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 한편, 절실함은 본인의 경기력에 굉장히 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 다만, 너무 절실함이 높을경우 불안하고 초조해져서 경기력에 부정적인 영향을 줄 수도 있다는 인식이 나타났다. 그릿과 절실함 두 가지 개념 중 본인의 경기력과 관련해서는 절실함을 더욱 중요한 개념으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 2를 통해 대학 운동선수의 그릿, 절실함, 인지된 경기력의 관계를 살펴본 결과를 토대로 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 운동선수의 그릿, 절실함, 인지된 경기력은 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 운동선수의 배경 변인(학년, 운동경력, 입상경력, 주전여부)에 따른 그릿, 절실함, 인지된 경기력의 차이를 살펴본 결과 학년에 따른 차이로는 4학년이 1학년보다 그릿, 절실함, 인지된 경기력 모두 높게 지각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 운동경력에 있어서는 운동경력이 오래된 집단일수록 절실함과 인지된 경기력이 높게 나타났다. 입상경력에 따른 차이에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, 전체적인 경향성을 살펴볼 때 절실함에 있어서 입상경력이 높을수록 절실함의 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 주전여부에 따른 차이에서는 후보 집단에 비해서 주전과 로테이션 집단이 그릿, 절실함, 인지된 경기력 모두 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 운동선수의 그릿과 절실함이 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 그릿과 절실함이 높을수록 인지된 경기력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 운동선수의 그릿과 절실함 중 인지된 경기력에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 절실함으로 나타났다. 이를 하위요인별로 살펴보았을 때도 절실함의 하위요인이 그릿의 하위요인에 비해서 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는 연구 1에서 실시한 심층 면담에서 나타난 선수들의 인식과 동일한 결과로 우리나라 운동선수들을 대상으로 최상수행과 관련한 연구를 함에 있어서는 절실함이라는 개념에 주목할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다.제 1 장 서론 1 제 1 절 연구의 필요성 1 제 2 절 연구 목적 7 제 3 절 연구 문제 7 제 4 절 용어의 정의 8 제 2 장 이론적 배경 9 제 1 절 운동선수의 최상수행과 심리적 측면 9 1. 최상수행과 심리적 특성 9 2. 최상수행을 위한 심리적 특성과 심리적 준비상태 12 제 2 절 그릿(Grit) 13 1. 그릿의 개념 및 정의 13 2. 그릿 관련 선행연구 18 제 3 절 절실함(Julsil) 20 1. 절실함의 개념 및 정의 20 2. 절실함 관련 선행연구 21 제 4 절 인지된 경기력(Perceived Performance) 25 1. 인지된 경기력의 개념 및 정의 25 2. 인지된 경기력 관련 선행연구 27 제 3 장 연구방법 29 제 1 절 연구대상 29 제 2 절 조사도구 31 제 3 절 연구절차 38 제 4 절 자료분석 39 제 5 절 연구의 윤리적 검증 40 제 4 장 연구 결과 41 Ⅰ. 연구 1 연구 결과 41 제 1 절 그릿(Grit), 절실함에 대한 대학 운동선수들의 개념인식 41 제 2 절 그릿(Grit), 절실함과 경기력에 대한 대학 운동선수들의 인식 45 제 3 절 그릿(Grit) vs 절실함, 대학 운동선수들의 인식 47 Ⅱ. 연구 2 연구 결과 54 제 1 절 각 변인의 기술통계량 54 제 2 절 배경 변인에 따른 그릿(Grit), 절실함, 인지된 경기력 56 제 3 절 그릿(Grit), 절실함이 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향 63 제 5 장 논의 70 제 6 장 결론 및 제언 79 제 1 절 결론 79 제 2 절 제언 81 참고문헌 83Maste
