Semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) networks are promising for use as channel materials in field-effect transistors (FETs) in next-generation soft electronics, owing to their high intrinsic carrier mobility, mechanical flexibility, potential for low-cost production, and good processability.
