Hospitals as public health services need to provide quality services. Patient satisfaction is a key indicator of health facility standards. The quality of pharmacy services that can be seen from patient satisfaction, with the existence of this study is expected to improve pharmaceutical services at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Cepu. This research is to find out the quality of service and the satisfaction of outpatients in PKU Muhammadiyah Cepu Hospital Pharmacy Installation. The study used a descriptive observational research with purposive sampling method in January - March 2020. Data were collected from 110 respondents using a questionnaire.
