Los estereotipos son un elemento común en la publicidad y en el cine. Esa caracterización, a partir de una clasificación de diez estereotipos, facilita el análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo. De esta manera, comparamos el uso de la taxonomía de estereotipos sobre sexismo en spots publicitarios y en películas de cine, con el fin de determinar en qué rama se utilizan más los perfiles de representación social.
