Add to ORKGThis article aims to explain legal thought in Indonesia. It is important to understand the existing legal thought to obtain a comprehensive understanding of legal science. A literature study and philosophical data are analysed in accordance with the theories of natural law, legal positivism and legal realism. The results show that there are various patterns and models of legal thought paradigms in Indonesia in accordance with the regime of the ruling government and the influence of the development of law and society.
