Les microalgues et cyanobactéries sont capables de produire une grande diversité de molécules présentant de potentielles applications dans de nombreux domaines. Parmi ces micro-organismes, la cyanobactérie Arthrospira sp. PCC 8005 produit des exopolysaccharides (EPS) qui présentent des propriétés thérapeutiques. L’objectif est de comprendre les mécanismes de réponse à l’échelle moléculaire dans des conditions de culture favorisant la production des EPS. En effet, ces mécanismes sont finalement responsables du phénotype observé dans un environnement donné. Des approches telles que la métabolomique et les analyses de flux métaboliques permettent la caractérisation du métabolisme et ont donc été appliquées pour l’étude d’Arthrospira sp. PCC 80...
