Ce mémoire porte sur l'étude de nouveaux matériaux amorphes mixtes orthophosphate et pyrophosphate de calcium et de sodium qui présentent un intérêt pour des applications en tant que biomatériaux de régénération osseuse du fait de la présence des ions ortho- (briques élémentaires pour la formation d'apatite biologique) et d'ions pyrophosphate (hydrolysables en orthophosphates à pH acide ou par action d'enzymes présentes dans le tissu osseux). Ces matériaux sont élaborés par chimie douce incluant le passage d'une solution à un gel puis à un solide.
