Le moustique tigre, Aedes albopictus, originaire d’Asie du Sud-Est, a colonisé l’ensemble des continents excepté l’Antarctique depuis les dernières décennies. En revanche, les raisons du succès invasif des populations à l’échelle mondiale sont encore peu connues. Nous nous sommes concentrés sur l’invasion de l’Europe, et avons combiné différentes méthodes d’analyse et des données multi-sources afin de distinguer le rôle des processus historiques et contemporains, neutres et adaptatifs, dans la structuration de la variabilité génétique des populations invasives.
